Carla Arndt of Warroad represents Roseau County and is an arts enthusiast/advocate.

She works as the on-Site Property Manager of D.W. Jones Management, Inc.’s Warroad office. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from St. Cloud State University. Carla is a former elementary teacher and early childhood family education coordinator/teacher. She’s participated in professional development workshops including visual/graphic arts, performing arts, creative expression, literature/storytelling/writing, art history/appreciation/expression, arts/culture.

Carla has volunteered with the Warroad Summer Children’s Theatre “Popcorn Players” as a Parent Volunteer Assistant from 2022 to present. She has explored and facilitated art forms using a variety of mediums as a teacher, ECFE Coordinator, Homebound Instructor Middle/High School, and Homeschool Teacher.

Carla said, “In the teaching field and currently as an On-Site Property Manager, I interact and build connections/relationships with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures. One of the reasons I’m excited to be a part of the NWMAC team is to reach out and network with local/regional artists and let them know what NWMAC has to offer. There are also people coming to our area from all over the world, so I look forward to being a support and an arts advocate for them as well as they become an integral part of our communities.”
